Terms and Conditions

Booking Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) are designed to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for you, the bride (“Client”), when booking services for your wedding. By paying the £100 booking fee and accepting the formal quote, you agree to these Terms.

  1. Booking Fee:
    • When you pay a £100 booking fee, you initiate the booking process for your wedding services.
  2. Trial Payment:
    • The payment for your trial session is separate from the wedding day payment and must be made at the time of the trial.
  3. Trial Schedule:
    • All trial sessions are scheduled from Monday to Thursday at 10 am and will take place at my home in Sittingbourne, Kent.
  4. Weekend Bookings:
    • Please note that weekend bookings have a minimum fee of £500 due to high demand for these dates.
  5. Deposit and Booking Confirmation:
    • To secure your wedding date and confirm your booking, please:
      • Accept the formal quote that you received via email.
      • Make the required deposit.
  6. Legally Binding Agreement:
    • Once we receive your deposit, we will enter into a legally binding agreement for our services.
  7. Change of Wedding Date:
    • In the event of unforeseen circumstances necessitating a change of your wedding date, we will make every effort to accommodate your new date. However, please understand that availability is subject to change, so it’s important to discuss any date changes with us.
  8. Insurance Recommendation:
    • We highly recommend that you consider obtaining wedding insurance to cover non-refundable costs incurred during your wedding planning.
  9. Cancellation or Amendment:
    • If you decide to cancel or make changes to your booking within 8 weeks of your wedding date, the full quoted amount will be due and payable.
  10. Payment Schedule:
    • The remaining balance for your wedding day services is due approximately 4 weeks before your wedding date. We will send you an email reminder regarding the balance payment.

By proceeding with the booking and making the necessary payments, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Please note that any modifications to these Terms must be made in writing and signed by both parties.

Deposits & Payments

To reserve Precious Brides’ hair and makeup services for your wedding day, we require a £100 booking fee to be paid. This fee serves as confirmation of your wedding date and is non-refundable and non-transferable. The amount paid will be credited towards the final agreed and quoted balance for your wedding day services.

By submitting the booking fee, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
